Hospitality Management: AAS
The Associate in Applied Science degree in Hospitality Management will prepare students for entry-level management trainee positions in the hospitality industry. Coursework will introduce students to the various segments of the hospitality industry and to the business of hospitality. Areas of lodging, food & beverage, transportation, meeting & event planning, and travel and tourism are explored from the perspective of guest service, supervision and leadership, legal aspects, sales and marketing, procurement, and financial accountability. The graduate will be prepared for employment in a variety of operations in the hospitality industry.
