BUSN2085 — Operations and Supply Chain Management
This course is designed to analyze the key analytics and performance metrics that are associated with operation management. Concepts will include contingency planning to reduce risk management vulnerabilities, forecasting, demand planning, scheduling and capacity management to increase resource utilization.
