COL 150 - Navigating College & Career COL 150 - Navigating College & Career Hours: 3 This course enables students to learn the resources specific to their institution while developing the academic skills necessary for college success. Emphasis is placed on self-development, information literacy, and college-level study and thinking strategies essential for academic achievement, Students focus on becoming more efficient learners as they strengthen skills that support success across disciplines. In addition, the course s students connect their learning to future academic and career goals, preparing them for a successful transition to a four-year institution or to the workforce. These transferable skills provide a framework for students’ college experience while laying the foundation for long-term career success.
