Associate of Applied Science in Manufacturing Technology with Emphasis in Precision Machining Technology
The Manufacturing Technology with Emphasis in Precision Machining Technology program teaches the processes of manufacturing and machining with an understanding of specifications, dimensions, materials, quality, print reading, assembly methods, and inspection. The program prepares students for machining-related occupations such as machinist helper, manual machine operator, entry machinist, computer numerical control (CNC) operator, CNC setup, and manufacturing technician, all with a strong emphasis on safety.
