Family and Human Development (AS)
As a part of the Human Development Program, students learn skills for helping and understanding individuals, families, or groups. This is achieved through studying biological and theoretical approaches across the lifespan, as well as experiencing observational and hands-on learning with children in a laboratory setting. In addition to examining specific problems and phenomena, students learn how human service agencies and professionals deal with human development-related issues.
