CULA 2510 - Elements of Table Service CULA 2510 - Elements of Table Service 1 Credits Learners will demonstrate foundational principles of table service in an advanced lab setting. Fine dining service styles such as tableside preparations, French and Russian service techniques, and brigade systems will be employed.
