MATH091 — Mathematical Literacy
The course will integrate numeracy, proportional reasoning, algebraic reasoning, and an understanding of functions. Students will develop conceptual and procedural tools that support the use of key mathematical concepts in a variety of contexts. Throughout the course, college readiness content will be integrated with mathematical topics. Students in majors needing other college-level math courses such as MATH 151 need to take MATH 093 instead of this course.
