ELEC130 — Electric Wiring

2 hrs lectures; 2 hrs lab; 3 hrs credit This course is a course in residential wiring. The course is designed to develop an understanding of the electrical principles involved and the physical wiring practices. The course focuses on the technical skills required to perform electrical installations, including calculating circuit size and voltage drops, ampacity, conductor/raceway sizing, service entrance requirements as well as grounding/bonding procedures.
