WELD 1580 — - Welding Technologies Capstone Project
Prerequisite: WELD 1566 GMAW/FCAW and CMAE 1514 Safety Awareness Corequisite: none This course presents students with a real-world manufacturing project, utilizing the knowledge and experience gained in previous welding, fabrication, and manufacturing courses. This involves designing a complete project including fixtures and a timeline for completion. Parts will be manufactured, inspected for tolerances, and assembled into a final product.
