Prerequisite: Placement determined by a college ready assessment score in reading Corequisite: none This course will focus on the relationship of reason and religious belief. Topics and issues that will be explored include: religious experience, theistic arguments for the existence of God, the problem of evil, religious language, religious pluralism, the relationship of religion to science, the relationship between religion and morality, feminist concerns within religion, as well as a comparison of Western theism and Eastern religions.
