Prerequisite: Placement determined by a college ready assessment score in reading Corequisite: none This course is an introduction to the history of the United States from 1877 to the present. Students will learn about the major historical events, figures, movements, and controversies of the period spanning the late 1800s, through the 20th century, and into the present.
