ECON 1230 — - Principles of Macroeconomics
Prerequisite: Placement determined by a college ready assessment score in reading Corequisite: none This course is an introduction to macroeconomics. Students will study demand and supply theory, fiscal and monetary policy, national income, and money and banking. Other topics they will explore include competing macroeconomic theories, the economic functions of government, and theories of taxation.
