CONS 2215 — - Advanced Construction Principles
Prerequisite: CONS 1350 Site Preparation and Safety, CONS 1400 Construction Interiors and CONS 1450 Construction Exteriors Corequisite: none This course will build on the skills learned in CONS 1400, Construction Interiors, and CONS 1450, Construction Exteriors. Students will learn additional building finishing techniques, and apply their knowledge to a series of assignments that focus on advanced construction principles for both interiors and exteriors. Students will plan the project based on the assignment, develop and consult industry-standard technical plans, properly estimate material costs, source materials, and complete the projects within the time and budget parameters of the assignment.
