CONS 1310 — - HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems
Prerequisite: none Corequisite: none This course provides students with an introduction to key building systems installed by the construction trades. Students will learn the basic principles of heating, ventilation and cooling (HVAC) systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. Students will be taught the safe use of tools used in installing, measuring and validating various building systems and the safe operating principles associated with working around electricity, low-voltage systems, heated elements, and various gasses.
