Prerequisite: Accuplacer score of 52 or Next Gen Accuplacer score of 234 in reading or higher Corequisite: none This course aligns with the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council’s (MSSC) assessment and certification system for Safety. The curriculum is based upon federally-endorsed national standards for production workers including Occupational Safety Health Association (OSHA) standards relating to personal protective equipment, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), tool safety, confined spaces, and others.
