Prerequisite: Placement determined by a college ready assessment score in reading Corequisites: none This course is a comprehensive study of managerial functions (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling) for the purpose of achieving organizational goals. Students will learn about motivation, leadership, organizational structure, team dynamics, decision-making, ethics, social responsibility, and global competition.
