Prerequisite: ATMP 1209 Vehicle Service and a minimum entry assessment score in reading Corequisite: none This course provides students with the knowledge base for understanding basic electrical and electronic circuits, the use and recognition of standard terms and concepts, and application of Ohm's Law. The student will safely build circuits, and make tests on voltages, amperages, and resistances. The student will analyze situations based on technical information, interpret specialized vocabulary, demonstrate understanding of measurement accuracy and tolerances, and apply step-by-step procedures.
