Civil Engineering | AES
This program is designed for students transferring to a four-year university to complete their BS degree in Civil Engineering. It allows students to complete the first two years of the BS degree at the community college. Students explore calculus, physics, and engineering applications. Civil engineers design, build, and maintain the foundation for our modern society – our buildings, roads and bridges, drinking water and energy systems, seaports and airports, and the infrastructure for a cleaner environment, to name just a few. Civil engineering is an exciting profession because at the end of the day you can see the results of your work, whether this is a completed bridge, a high-rise buildin
