This course offers instruction and practice in the fundamentals of flag football techniques and team play in a recreational environment. The course builds upon the application of motor skills and introduces the student to the rules, etiquette, and strategies for the game of flag football. Athletic skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork will be emphasized.
