Highlights the role of communication and focuses on becoming effective communicators in personal and professional relationships. Listening techniques; conflict resolution; and sensitivity to cultural and gender differences. Introduces activities and techniques to improve one-on-one and small group communication skills, especially listening, nonverbal communication and conflict resolution.
