PL216 — National Government
A basic introductory course to acquaint the student with the workings of the national government and the political system which bolsters it. Emphasis is placed on governmental structure, using the historical approach to answer the questions as to why the United States system has developed in the manner it has. The Constitution is dealt with in detail as the source of governmental power. Social and Behavioral Sciences credit. Civics credit (meets the Constitution requirement).
