Identify various types of non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, mixed drinks, and coffee. Develop strategies related to beverage and bartending service including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Examine the server’s responsibility to following state and federal laws when serving alcoholic drinks. Students will not consume alcoholic beverages or possess alcohol or alcoholic containers during this course.
