4.5 Credits Students actively explore the dynamic relationship between food and personal well-being, by learning foods, nutrients, physical activities, preparation, and cookery methods that support health and balance in the studied areas of wellness. Students design and build a plan for their own wellness and practice the skills needed to activate that plan.
