5 credits This course is designed to introduce key components of Human Resource Management in order to prepare learners for success on the SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP exam. Students who actively engage in this program will work to comprehend, analyze, and evaluate key situations in order to master the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK). Successful learners will establish themselves as a globally-recognized human resource expert by earning the new standard in HR Certification: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
