HRM390 — Successful People Management Principles and Inspiring Creativity
5 credits This course will focus on developing leadership techniques and behavioral traits to improve supervisors, managers, and leaders in the workplace. Students will learn how to perform conflict resolution, conduct ethical investigations, enhance performance, and techniques in coaching and supervision.
