CA 280 — CWE CULINARY ARTS
Gives students practical experience in supervised employment related to their field of study. Students identify job-related learning outcomes, work a specified number of hours during the term, and participate in structured reflection and assessment of their progress towards student goals with their site supervisor and their CWE Faculty Coordinator. Required: CWE Coordinator approval. May be repeated for a maximum of 24 credits.
