HIM 210 — Leadership for Health Information Management
This course provides practical instruction in management principles from a health information (HIM) perspective. HIM Managers are found in all healthcare settings: acute-care, outpatient, long-term care, rehabilitation, healthcare insurance, and even as electronic health record (EHR) vendors. The principles introduced will provide a foundation and path for sound management practice and decision making as well as the human resources department plays in todayâs healthcare management environment.
