Beef Specialist Certificate
The Beef Specialist Certificate is designed to provide students with the practical with an emphasis placed on technical knowledge and practical hands-on training by working with the beef cattle at the University of Illinois Beef Research Center, adjacent to the JWCC Agricultural Education Center.
