CST260 — General Contractor Prep
This course prepares students who seek to become a limited licensed North Carolina general contractor. Topics include construction law, regulations & business, license applications, NC State Building Code, safety, construction techniques, concrete, masonry, steel construction, roofing, trusses, accessibility, design, environmental issues, and other relevant topics. Upon completion, students should possess the necessary knowledge to sit for the North Carolina Licensing Board's General Contractor's exam.
