CERTCERTI — Vehicle Safety Inspection Cert
This course is designed to meet the training/licensing requirements (initial and/or renewal) for Auto Safety and On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) Emission Inspection Program administered by the NC Division of Motor Vehicles, License and Theft Bureau. Upon completion a student should understand the rules, regulations and procedures for OBD and Safety emission inspections, be able to inspect a vehicle properly, and be prepared to sit for the state certification exam.
