Course content may contain a self-analysis of entrepreneurial readiness, appropriate business models, business planning, sources of financing and budgeting, legal and organizational issues, business structures, marketing and project management. Additional topics related to small business management may include: 1) leadership, 2) organizing, 3)staffing, 4) controlling operations, 5) human resource functions, 6) purchasing procedures, and 7)inventory control.
