LGL 15 — ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AND POLICY

This course presents fundamental concepts of environmental law with an emphasis on policy considerations. Topics include significant legislation in the area with emphasis on California law. Also covered will be ethical issues dealing with environmental concerns.
