ASL 24 — INTERMEDIATE AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE II

This course is designed to increase the student's ability to comprehend and converse in ASL and refines receptive and expressive skills. Students view story narratives, a novel-length story in ASL, and also actively participate in classroom activities. Classroom discussions center around aspects of daily life and culture in the Deaf community. ASL 24 continues to build upon acquired grammar and introduces more complex grammatical structures. This course is taught in ASL. ASL 24 was formerly offered as SIGN 24.
