AJ 112 — POLICE SUPERVISION
This course examines the role and responsibility of the supervisor in law enforcement agencies. The course discusses the primary duties of a law enforcement supervisor - including employee discipline, training, performance appraisal, and personnel complaint investigations - and provides a basic foundation for theories of organization, administration, and management. Leadership and ethics are emphasized.
