(4th semester Spanish) (3-0) (Core option—Language, Philosophy & Culture component) The consolidation of skills acquired at the introductory level. Further development of proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Emphasis on comprehension, appreciation, and interpretation of the cult ures of the Spanish -speaking world. Prerequisite: SPAN 2311 or equivalent or consent of the instructor. SPAN 2289. Academic Cooperative (2 SCH version) An instructional program designed to integrate on -campus study with practical hands -on work experience. In conjunction with class seminars, the individual student will set specific goals and objectives in the study of Spanish language and literature.
