CULA2185 — Baking and Pastry Capstone

This culminating course provides students the opportunity to apply knowledge gained throughout the Baking and Pastry program. Students will create and execute a menu, prepare a variety of baked goods and desserts, and present their work in a restaurant setting.

Prerequisites: CULA1117, CULA1126, CULA1270, CULA1275, CULA1280, CULA1290, CULA1295
