The Associate of Applied Science degree prepares the student for an entry-level position as an Electroneurodiagnostic Technician for employment in hospitals, doctors' offices and clinics. Electroneurodiagnostic technology is a profession devoted to the recording and study of electrical activity of the brain and nervous system. Used for medical evaluation and research, it includes procedures that assess the function of the nervous system. Technologists record electrical activity arising primarily from the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves.
