Health Information Management AAS
The degree focal points are the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) entry-level competencies. The Health Information Management Degree is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM); graduates from this program are eligible to sit for the Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credentialing exam. A Degree Progress Audit is a review of past, current and future coursework that provides information on completed and outstanding requirements necessary to complete a degree/certification.
