Surgical Technology (AAS)
The Surgical Technology Associate of Applied Science degree prepares students to be entry-level Surgical Technologists. The program combines online didactic instruction through the EPiC Consortium with hands-on clinical training at partnering hospitals. Students learn to prepare patients and operating rooms and assist surgical teams across various specialties, including orthopedics, cardiovascular, and neurovascular. The 62-credit hour curriculum emphasizes professional growth and practical expertise, ensuring graduates are ready for careers in hospitals and outpatient centers.
