Radiography (AAS)
The Associate in Applied Science in Radiography prepares students for entry-level employment as radiographers. Students learn to capture images of internal organs, soft tissues, and bone using X-ray equipment and are trained to assist radiologists with fluoroscopic imaging, gastrointestinal exams using contrast media, and various surgeries in the operating room. The program is offered through a partnership with the Michigan Workforce Training and Education Collaborative (MWTEC) and prepares students to complete the ARRT Radiography Certification exam.
