Paramedic (AAS)
The Bay College Paramedic program combines general education with program specific lecture, lab, clinical and field internship courses. Designed to prepare well-educated, entry-level Paramedics in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective learning domains of pre-hospital emergency medicine, the program leads to an Associate Degree. Students must be a licensed Michigan EMT to enter paramedic level courses. Graduates are prepared for the National Registry of EMT cognitive and practical examinations to qualify for state licensing through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
