Leadership Minor
The Leadership Minor is designed to empower students with the skills and experience needed to lead with confidence and impact. Through a multidisciplinary approach, students explore leadership theories, ethical decision-making, and team dynamics. Students engage in hands-on learning, including collaborative projects and the completion of a leadership-focused internship, that provide opportunities to apply program concepts in practical settings.
