Provides a comprehensive, hands-on pathway into the barbering profession through an "earn while you learn" model. This pro-gram combines paid, on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced barbers with structured classroom instruction through AWC. Apprentices will master the art and science of barbering, including precision haircutting, modern fading and tapering, classic straight-razor shaves, and beard/mustache design. The curriculum also integrates critical knowl-edge of safety and sanitation, professional ethics, client communication, and barbershop business fundamentals.
