MECH1200 — Manufacturing Processes
MECH 1200 - Manufacturing Processes MECH 1200 - Manufacturing Processes Lecture: 2 Lab: 2 The focus of this course is to provide the student with an introduction to common major manufacturing processes using modern materials. The student will study and gain practical experience with the modern manufacturing concepts of Safety, Metrology, Green manufacturing, Productivity, and Automation. They will understand the relationship of material properties for the five major manufacturing materials; wood, plastics, composites, ceramics, and metals. They will also study the five major processes of forming, separating, fabricating, conditioning, and finishing of these various materials. Learning
