CULA 1200 - Culinary Field Experience CULA 1200 - Culinary Field Experience Lecture: 180 clock hours This practicum involves hands on experiences working in a food service site It provides the student with an opportunity to put to practical use the knowledge obtained in the classroom under the direction of a qualified chef or food production manager and the college coordinator. The activities will involve the duties found in food preparation such as baking, vegetable preparation, grill and broiler cooking, and the dessert preparation to name a few.
