Methods of scientific inquiry, energetics and metabolism, genetics, evolution and natural selection. Not for majors in the biological or preprofessional sciences. Duplicate credit for BIO 100 and BIO 156 will not be awarded. Apply the scientific method in problem solving. Describe the basic chemistry of life.
