AJS 290 - Constitutional Law: Civil Liberties and Civil Rights AJS 290 - Constitutional Law: Civil Liberties and Civil Rights Description: Introduction to the United States and Arizona Constitutions from the integrated social science perspectives of history, geography, and government. The United States Constitution, including the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment. Includes the impact of U. S. Supreme Court opinions and Arizona Supreme Court opinions on the history and development of civil liberties and civil rights, particularly as they pertain to the administration of justice and law enforcement.
