AFL 102L - Leadership Laboratory AFL 102L - Leadership Laboratory Description: LLAB is adynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander. These courses are graded pass/fail. Topics include Air Force heritage to installations and culminate with discussions of Air Force leadership traits, Core Values and the oath of commissioning to students appreciate the “price of admission” as they consider their futures in AFROTC and the Air Force. Secondary goals are to enhance critical thinking skills about important topics such as war and to exercise verbal and written communication skills. Learning
