PBH100 — Introduction to Public Health

3 credits Lecture: 3 per week Provides an introduction to public health topics such as biostatistics, epidemiology, environmental and occupational health, behavioral health and violence, health program planning, health policy and administration, and ethics. Examines the organization and basic administration of health systems, as well as legal issues involved in the practice of public health.
