ENRG141 — Chemical Operator
This hands-on training program equips workers with the essential skills and knowledge to operate safely and effectively in chemical processing environments, particularly in battery recycling and manufacturing. Topics include process safety, PPE use, spill and emergency response, basic process variables (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.), equipment operation (tanks, pumps, valves), line breaking, liquid sampling, and cleanroom practices. This course also covers foundational science, root cause analysis, P&ID reading, and an introduction to process control systems (PLCs, HMIs, I/O).
